I stayed for 3 nights here and had a very very good time. The restaurant was particularly good with wonderful food here, I had appetising dishes. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful. No reason to complain, enjoyed this place and would recomand.

I have had a very good experience, this quaint, clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. Also, location was convenient, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The venue was in a residential area, so close to Easy to access from railway / bus station, Firenze Suite and all main attractions. The room was well presented and well-appointed, had large fully equipped bathroom. The staff was attentive & efficient.

The central location was perfect, close to a market and many places to eat, as well as all the museums and other sights in Florence. I enjoyed sitting in the restaurant. The central location was perfect, with easy access to a market, restaurants, and all the must-see sights in Florence. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the restaurant. Plus, we had a great lunch/dinner at Trattoria za Za, which was just a short distance from the hotel.
